Allison Goldberg
Managing Partner
Allison Goldberg is the SVP of Startup Engagement at Comcast, where she oversees Comcast Ventures as Managing Partner as well as Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs accelerator program. Allison and the teams across Startup Engagement work with early-stage to enterprise-ready startups whose vision of the future of technology aligns with Comcast's growth initiatives, through direct venture capital investments, startup programming, and partnerships.
Allison’s diverse career in finance, media, and digital has proven her ability to add value to both large public companies and startups alike. As a strong investor and a respected senior executive, leader, and board member, Allison has a track record of creating strategic value and driving financial returns.
Allison currently serves on the boards of Hive, VEF (NASDAQ: VEFAB), YieldMo, and Zola and is an observer on the boards of Blockdaemon, Creatify, Cresta AI, and Players' Lounge. Previously, she was a director or active observer on the boards of several companies including Amino, Bustle Digital Group, Discord, Dynamic Signal, FanDuel, Firstmark Horizon Acquisition Corp (NYSE: STRY) Fuse Media, iStreamPlanet, Proletariat, SambaTV, and Simulmedia.
Prior to joining Comcast Ventures, Allison was a Venture Partner at Touchdown Ventures and Partner at Advancit Capital, focusing on early-stage investments in consumer and media technology companies. She also previously served as Group Managing Director & Senior Vice President of Time Warner Investments, where she ran the group focused on investing up to $25MM in private companies to generate both strategic value and financial returns for Time Warner Inc. With the buyout of her strategic venture portfolio from Time Warner, Allison serves as a Partner at VC fund Saints Capital Media Ventures.
Allison received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
